He has built his professional career on a commitment to excellence in responsively morphing his approach to the nuances of today’s dynamic IT environment. A high energy, fiscally-conscious, and goal-driven technology executive, Weyden Wedderburn undertakes each business challenge with a natural flair for innovation, creative problem-solving, and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvements for his customer base.

Weyden began his career in Software Engineering as a Research Assistant with one of the global leaders in scientific research, Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Upon earning his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, Weyden consistently pursued progressive career opportunities that would utilize his strong foundation in engineering and his passion for information technology. In 1999, he launched Wedderburn Innovative Solutions, LLC (WIS). WIS is a leading provider of requirements management, test management, test data management, test automation and quality assurance services in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. WIS’ consulting and business success continues to thrive with a client list that includes Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and non-profit organizations. These include Raytheon, Verizon, UPS, NASDAQ, Department of Health and Human Services, and Department of Treasury, to name a few.
In addition to his professional work, Weyden is a consummate humanitarian. As a philanthropist, he serves as President & CEO of W3 Philanthropic Ventures, Inc. He is passionate about mentoring youth and is devoted to volunteering his talents to civic organizations. He is a lifetime member of the Morgan State University National Alumni Association and lifetime member of Bowie State University National Alumni Association.
Weyden Wedderburn is a native of the island of Jamaica and a member of Reid Temple A.M.E.C. He resides with his wife, Annette and sons, Weyden Karel and Windell in Bowie, Maryland.
